Carbone Lawyers continues to grow due to our amazing team and customer-first focus! We are therefore seeking dedicated and experienced Lawyers to join our team across various locations. As a Lawyer at Carbone Lawyers, you will be responsible for:
Providing legal advice and representation to clients in personal injury cases
Managing and overseeing personal injury claims from inception to resolution
Conducting legal research and analysis to support case preparations
Negotiating settlements
Preparing and drafting legal documents
Attending court hearings, mediations, and trials as required
Communicating effectively with clients, medical professionals, and other parties involved in the cases
Maintaining accurate case records and documentation
Staying updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends within personal injury law
Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes for clients
Desired Skills and Experience
You will have the following:
Qualified solicitor with a practising certificate
Demonstrable experience in personal injury law
Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and case law pertaining to personal injury claims
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proven ability to manage a high caseload efficiently and effectively
Client-focused approach with the ability to empathise and communicate effectively with clients
Experience in dispute resolution and litigation processes related to personal injury claims
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment
Commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards and professionalism in all aspects of legal practice
